STRONG.

STRONG. is a 12-13week program that shifts focus every quarter.
TUESDAY. THURSDAY. FRIDAY + SUNDAY.

Our Signature Program: STRONG. is a 50-55 minute strength training class. You’ll LIFT (barbell/dumbbell/kettlebell) USE BANDS & YOUR BODYWEIGHT to improve everything from your mobility, absolute strength, core stability, muscular endurance to your confidence.

New to strength training?

CLASS ONBOARDING (Private Session)

Session 1+2, We’ll guide you through barbell basics and complementary accessory movements implemented on STRONG. days.
Optional: Session 3+4, we’ll take you through appropriately intense class/sessions.

ENDURE.

ENDURE. is a program with monthly skill/strength focuses.
MONDAY. WEDNESDAY + SATURDAY.

ENDURE. is a 50-minute high intensity cardiovascular and muscle endurance class. You’ll RUN, ROW, BIKE, USE YOUR BODYWEIGHT, LOW TO MODERATE  WEIGHTS (medicine- ball/kettlebell/dumbbell) & SLEDS.

-Monday (BUILD) strength emphasis.
-Wednesday (INTENSE) speed emphasis.
-Saturday (SUSTAIN) put it all together and test your limits.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT.

We help young athletes build strong, lasting habits that set them up for success—both on and off the field. Our training enhances strength and power, boosts speed and agility, and improves flexibility and conditioning, ensuring they perform at their best while staying strong and resilient.
