Our Signature Program: STRONG. is a 50-55 minute strength training class. You’ll LIFT (barbell/dumbbell/kettlebell) USE BANDS & BODYWEIGHT to improve everything from your mobility, absolute strength, core stability, muscular endurance to your confidence.
ENDURE/HYROX.
MONDAY. WEDNESDAY. SATURDAY.
-Monday & Wednesday are ENDURE days. ENDURE is a 50-minute high intensity cardiovascular and muscle endurance class. You’ll RUN, ROW, BIKE, USE YOUR BODYWEIGHT, LOW TO MODERATE WEIGHTS (medicine- ball/kettlebell/dumbbell) & SLEDS.
-Saturday will be a HYROX (starting Jan 10) focused day. We’ll focus on building stamina, strength and efficiency to help you perform at your best whether you’re training for a HYROX race or just looking to turn up your fitness.
WHAT IS HYROX?
HYROX IS A GLOBAL FITNESS RACE COMBINING RUNNING WITH FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH. THE RACE ITSELF INVOLVES A SERIES OF 1KM RUN INTERVALS, FOLLOWED BY 1 FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT STATION.
