Coach ayo’s SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE YOUR YOUNG ATHLETEs CAPACITy (strength/power), ATHLETIC ABILITY (speed/agility) AND DURABILITY (flexibility/conditIoning).

  • MIDDLE SCHOOL (12-14yo)

  • High school (novice, 1yr training experience)

  • High school (proficient, 2+yrs training EXPERIENCE)
